Centerless Grinder Accessories

This unit is necessary for grinding two or more diameters simultaneously or as per profile or shape of the job to be ground.This is optional accessory in CG-100 and HCG-100. In other models it comes as a standard accessories. This is fitted with linear guide ways.

For satisfactory work, the grinding wheel and its complete assembly must be in a reasonably good state of balance. Precision grinding require completely balanced spindle & grinding wheel, as imbalanced wheel causes vibrations. So we strongly recommend to balance your grinding wheel for precise work and long life of machine.

Additional grinding wheel flanges are used for holding different sizes/grades of grinding wheel. These flanges are available in different sizes according to wheel width.

Our Work Rest Blades both for through feed & infeed grinding are precision manufactured to extremely close tolerances and have mirror finishes on all contact surfaces. Proven extreme condition materials for maximum wear ability, toughness & production.

Coolant magnetic separator have been designed and developed to clean the coolant liquid from very fine ferrous particles which can't be removed by conventional filters. Its use assures uninterrupted flow of pure coolant liquid which is a must for any precision grinding operation. Incorporation of coolant magnetic separator on grinding machine improves performance of the machine with better surface finish of the job which is otherwise not possible.

Use of coolant Magnetic Separator reduces Contamination of coolant liquid, which in turn enhances its life. The coolant liquid thus can be used for double the normal time. This reduces the operational cost of the grinding machine.

For very high precision grinding, operation addition paper band filter is recommended along with coolant magnet. Use of paper band filter takes care of fine non ferrous particles which are also present in minute quantities in the coolant liquid. The coolant magnet is housed above the paper band filter and liquid free from ferrous impurities fall on filter paper. The process is fully automatic and consumption of filter paper is negligible vis-a-vis the machine performance.

This unit is necessary for grinding a component which cannot be loaded from front. It loades the job into wheels from top and takes back job after grinding.
