Centerless Grinder Accessories

Auto ejector is required to eject the small components from the wheels, after grinding. This saves the operator time and his one hand is free to load the next component.

Auto Loading and Unloading System handles shafts for throughfeed grinding. Shafts are kept on inclined table where pneumatic cylinder feeds one shaft at a time to belt conveyor, which then feeds shaft to centerless grinding machine. After grinding, unloading belt conveyor takes shaft out.

The vibratory bowl feeders are specially designed for feeding in a wide range of small components such as plugs , dowel pins , rings and various other components.

Depending on size, shape and weight of components, the size of vibratory ball feeder changes.

It is used to isolate vibrations from other sources/machines.

It is a device built for efficient removal of heat from hydraulic oil. It keeps the working fluid, Grinding head as well as bearings cool and hence increases the life of grinding head.

To guide long bars on centreless grinding machine , bar feeder is used. This consists of two units one inlet and one outlet.

To load and unload heavy grinding wheel this equipment is used.
