Bhagwansons tone down Centreless Grinder HCG-100 after the hard work of four decades to meet the present requirements of close tolerance, high production and reliability. This machine is designed for both through feed and infeed grinding. New bed is designed with emphasis laid on higher rigidity and stability of machine. The structure of machine minimises thermal deformations. Passage for coolant flow is designed in the bed in such a way that it keeps the machine neat and clean. Slide ways have been designed as wide as possible and protected from dust and coolant for better accuracy of machining. Hydraulically operated dressing slides have been hardened and ground and protected from dust with way wipers for long life.

Special stress has been laid on grinding and regulating wheel head. Grinding wheel head has been provided with separate motorised lubrication for long life of bearings. Ultra precision anti friction bearings are being used in both the heads. Grinding wheel assembly is balanced to minimise vibrations. Needless to explain that all spindles, worms, lead screws are hardened and ground. The layout of controls has been designed in such a way that operator can perform all operations from his working place.
