Cast Iron Foundry
Equipped with hi tech machineries for FG 260 or 280 glade casting, our foundry unit is capable to produce 40 tons of casting per month. We also have our own labs where the raw materials and products are tested on different parameters, including – composition, metallurgical strength and more. Our excellent infrastructure helps us in meeting the immediate and bulk requirement of our customers .We are also capable of cost effective customization of goods as per the specific requirements of our esteemed customers.
Assembly Shop
Being a professionally managed company, we have two assembly lines in our unit. The first assembly line is for bigger models with overhead crane and the second for smaller machineries. The machines are assembled according to the various requirements of our clients – surface plates, tri-squares, height gauges, dials and gauges that are calibrated periodically.
Manufacturing Facilities
We have a well-equipped machine shop that has all Precision Lathes of Mysore Kirloskar and CNC turning machines. In milling and boring section, we have high performance HMT, BFW, Bridge port Batliboi for excellent milling & drilling. In grinding section, we have micromatic, Bhagwansons, cylindrical grinders, ELB-shift & TOS surface grinder, matrix thread grinder. For gear cutting we have pfauter gear hobbing machines.
